As part of Viatris’ #BuildingHealthierCommunities initiative, colleagues in Bulgaria organized a Charity Bazaar to support two local animal welfare foundations.
The initiative brought together more than 50 employees, who contributed handmade crafts, baked goods, and creative artwork — many prepared with the help of family members. The event created a lively and compassionate atmosphere focused on sustainability, giving back, and local impact.
In total, €1,367 was raised through employee contributions. The funds were used to provide food, medicine, and veterinary care for animals in critical condition at the “Save me” and “Dom Dinev” foundations. Employees also contributed approximately with volunteer hours in organizing and running the event.
The “Save me” Foundation shared publicly: “Your kindness and commitment truly warms our hearts. These gifts will bring relief and joy during difficult times.”
This effort not only supported local animal welfare but also deepened internal engagement, showing how simple, employee-led initiatives can make a meaningful difference.
