In April, twelve colleagues from Viatris France spent the day volunteering at Tulipe – a French medical aid organization that prepares emergency health kits for humanitarian missions around the world.
Working at the Tulipe warehouse, the team assembled and packed more than 160 medical kits – nearly four tonnes of essential supplies. These included pediatric, maternal health and basic emergency kits destined for populations affected by crisis in countries such as Lebanon, Ukraine and the Democratic Republic of Congo.
The experience held personal meaning. One moment that stood out for the team was seeing Viatris medicines arrive on the belt to be packed – a reminder of how their daily work connects to real-world health needs beyond their own borders.
This activity is part of the #BuildingHealthierCommunities program, which brings together local philanthropic efforts across Viatris Europe. In France, it reflects a meaningful partnership with a well-established, high-impact organization and a direct way to contribute to access to care in times of crisis.
