In March, colleagues in the UK organised a professional clothing drive in support of Dress for Success – a global non-profit dedicated to helping women achieve economic independence through access to workwear, interview training and career support.
The initiative held personal meaning for the team. One UK colleague who had previously received support from the organisation shared how the experience helped her regain confidence and take steps back into employment – highlighting the real, lasting impact of this kind of practical assistance.
Led by the local Culture Champions group, the drive collected more than 120 items across Viatris’ Hatfield and Sandwich offices. The donations were delivered to the charity’s Greater London branch, where they will be used to support other women preparing for job interviews and re-entering the workforce.
This activity is part of the #BuildingHealthierCommunities program, which brings together philanthropic efforts across Viatris Europe. It reflects a broader commitment to support causes that empower individuals and strengthen local communities.
