As part of Viatris’ #BuildingHealthierCommunities initiative, colleagues in Slovenia hosted a Family Day and Office Bazaar in support of women affected by domestic violence.

The event, held in partnership with Društvo za nenasilno komunikacijo (Association for Nonviolent Communication), raised more than €1,500 in combined donations and company support. The funds were used to provide gift cards and direct assistance to women and children experiencing violence.

The initiative brought together more than 27 employees and their families, and contributed 25 volunteer hours. It also fostered internal engagement, as employees and their families created and donated crafts, baked goods, and sustainable items to support the cause.

The Association shared: “Your kindness and commitment to helping women and children experiencing violence truly warms our hearts. These gifts will bring relief and joy during difficult times.”

This effort reflects Viatris’ ongoing commitment to community-based support and employee-driven action across Europe.
