Viatris Recognized Among Leading Employers in Europe and Worldwide
October 9, 2025

We’re proud to share that Viatris has been officially named one of Fortune 100 Best Companies to Work For® in Europe 2025. We’ve ranked in the top 25% of all companies, and we are placed among the top 5 in the pharmaceutical industry; this is a first-time honor made even more meaningful as it’s based on employee feedback. See more details here.

And the good news continues: we’ve also been recognized on Forbes list of the World’s Best Employers for the fifth consecutive year! See press release here.

These recognitions reflect our commitment to fostering a workplace culture where employees feel valued, empowered, and proud of the impact they make every day.

Just in 2025, across Viatris Europe, more than 25 countries have demonstrated their trust in our organisation and its way of working by participating in the Great Place To Work® survey. Additionally, six other countries currently hold valid GPTW annual certifications, earned in late 2024, further reinforcing our dedication to creating a supportive and empowering workplace.

This annual list is compiled by Fortune Media, in partnership with Great Place To Work®, the global authority on workplace culture. It celebrates companies that cultivate trust, pride, and camaraderie among employees regardless of role, location, or background.

To be eligible for the European list, companies must:

  • Have 500+ employees in Europe.
  • Be Great Place To Work-Certified™ in at least three European countries.
  • Demonstrate excellence in employee experience through the Trust Index™ Survey, which gathers confidential feedback from employees across the region.

“Ranking high on Fortune 100 Best Companies to Work For® in Europe is a proud milestone for Viatris. It reflects the trust our colleagues place in our culture, our leadership, and our shared purpose. As a leading healthcare company in Europe and a global organization serving over 1 billion patients annually, we are deeply committed to creating an inclusive, empowering workplace where people feel valued and inspired to make a difference. I’m grateful to our teams across Europe and Canada for their continued engagement and for helping shape Viatris into a truly great place to work.”

— Artur Cwiok, Head of Europe and Canada
